Marloth Park Drives

Marloth Park Drives

Marloth Park is a +-3000 hectare conservancy that has a large population of its own wild animals moving amongst the self-catering houses and lodges. Giraffes, zebras, kudus, impalas, several other antelope species, wildebeest, warthogs, as well as dozens of native bird species, are amongst some of the animals you may encounter while staying here. It’s just minutes from Kruger’s Crocodile Bridge gate and you can walk along the river bank inside Marloth Park, while watching Krugers’ animals just a few meters away, including the big 5 on occasion. Marloth Park also boasts its own Game reserve called Lionspruit. There is also a shopping center, restaurants, hardware shop, Gas station and entertainment area.

*** Please note that a minimum of 4 people (Adult rates) are required to book a drive.

2 or 3 Hour Morning Drive | +-2Hour Sundowner

Marloth Park drives are very flexible.   The Morning drive can be early morning or slightly later depending on guest requests.  The knowledgeable and passionate guide will pick you up at the Lodge or House where you are staying.  We will drive around for a couple of hours, trying to see as much as we can and taking in the beauty and serenity that nature has to offer.  We will stop alongside the Crocodile River, to scan the area from time to time.  Then slowly make our way back to your place of accommodation.

The Sundowner drive departs from your place of accommodation or designated departure point. Pick up depends on season, around 15:00-16:00.  We drive around for an hour or so and then stop at a lookout point along the Crocodile River, overlooking the Kruger National Park, enjoying a sundowner.  Refreshments are for the guests own account.
